Assessing your Reality

Our first step will be to listen and learn about your school, students, community--your reality.

Together, we will analyze your current and historical data, such as AP and honors courses offered, participation and performance trends (overall and by subgroup), and statistics from vertically aligned courses.

We will also meet and work with relevant stakeholders (including administrators, teachers, and students) to assess the qualitative side of the current state of your program.​
Creating an Action Plan

After having assessed your reality and garnered your strengths, weaknesses, and any unique circumstances and/or external factors, our next focus is to come up with ambitious and attainable goals.

Working backwards from your goals and using proven best practices that increase both AP participation and performance, we will create an action plan.

Your customized action plan will have designated checkpoints to ensure we’re staying on the right path.
Implementing Our Plan

At this stage, we are now ready to implement the plan.

Implementation comes in a variety of forms, but will involve buy-in and investment from administrators, teachers, and students as well.
